1. Nature of the Service
Montclair Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public indexes, rolls, and directory collections relevant to Montclair and Prince William County, Virginia. It does not host government records and is not connected to any custodian, court, or public office.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither its content nor results from a linked tool are consumer reports. They may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. Third-Party Destinations
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search providers, maintain their own policies and terms. We do not control their content, availability, charges, or data practices.
5. No Warranty
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that its content is accurate, complete, current, or that a linked portal will operate or provide correct results.

12. Severability
